How much of your company is written down?
Drop your handbook, work instructions and org chart. The scan shows which knowledge is on paper and which only lives in people's heads. Every file also comes out as clean Markdown.
A first indication based on headings and keywords, not a judgment of your organisation.
One file says little about a whole company. Add more documents for a fair picture.
What is in your documents
Half of the score. Documents can fill this half.
What only lives in heads
The other half. Documents never fill it: it counts once a colleague has told it and someone has checked it.
The gap report, your Markdown files and the company wiki come with a free Memnar account.
Your files as Markdown
Your Markdown is ready. Create a free Memnar account to download it.
Drop your documents
Everything happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

Per topic: filled, thin or empty, and the file where we found it.

Privacy in the Knowledge Scan
The scan runs in your browser. Your files are not uploaded, and we never see their content or their names.
We measure how this page is used with PostHog: visits, the number of files, file types, the score and which buttons you click. Never content, never file names, no cookies.
Once you create an account, these events are linked to your account ID, so we can see what helps new users. Your email address is used for the sign-in code.
PostHog stores the data in the EU. PostHog's AI analysis can process it in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Rather not be measured? Switch it off here, or email annet@memnar.ai. Full details are in the privacy policy.
